This time we made the Taborno route, with some modifications due to the rain, modifications that we loved. Our guide was Laura and she was excellent. She told us about the laurisilva and the geological formation of Anaga and Tenerife. Then, as we approached the roque, overlooking the sea, she explained the history of the region both pre-colonial and after the conquest and told us curiosities and stories about the Guanche culture. We would repeat a thousand times.

Tres años después de hacer una ruta con Anaga Experience, repetimos, ya que nos encantó. Esta vez hicimos la ruta del Taborno, con algunas modificaciones debido a la lluvia, modificaciones que nos encantaron. Nuestra guía fue Laura y fue excelente. Nos estuvo explicando la laurisilva y la formación geológica de Anaga y Tenerife. Después, conforme nos acercamos al roque, con vistas al mar, nos explicó la historia de la comarca tanto precolonial como de después de la conquista y nos contó curiosidades e historias acerca de la cultura guanche. Repetiríamos una y mil veces.

What I love about this tourist company is their decision to only work with the very local people and products. Our guide Laura today was amazing and seems to know a lot about the «real» Tenerife which she will tell you all about – its history, culture and nature. The group was rather small so the quality of personal interaction/questions with the guide was also much higher. I had an absolutely gorgeous day (despite fear of heights)!
